Hadith #55880
Abu Al-Numan told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Mughirah, on the authority of Al-Harith Al-Ukli: Concerning a man who pledged a thousand dirhams upon his death. Mudaraba, and a thousand debts, and he only left a thousand dirhams. He said: “He begins with the debt, so if any surplus goes to the one who made the speculation.”
