حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ : " فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ثَلَاثَ مِئَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، وَثَلَاثَةَ بَنِينَ، فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ يَدَّعِي مِائَةَ دِرْهَمٍ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ، فَأَقَرَّ لَهُ أَحَدُهُمْ، قَالَ :يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهِ بِالْحِصَّةِ "، ثُمَّ قَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ : مَا أُرَى أَنْ يَكُونَ مِيرَاثًا، حَتَّى يُقْضَى الدَّيْنُ
Abu Nu’aym told us, Hassan told us, on the authority of Mutarrif, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi: “A man died and left behind three hundred dirhams and three sons.
