حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا شَهِدَ اثْنَانِ مِنْ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ، فَهُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ إِذَا كَانُوا عُدُولًا "، وَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ : عَلَيْهِمَا فِي بَاب فِي مِيرَاثِ الْمُرْتَدِّ
Suleiman bin Harb told us, on the authority of Hammad bin Salamah, on the authority of Abu Hashim, on the authority of Ibrahim, who said: “If two heirs testify about a debt, So it is part of all wealth if they are just.” Al-Sha’bi said: They are required to do so in a chapter on the inheritance of an apostate.
