حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاق بْنِ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي الْأَسِيرِ يُوصِي، قَالَ :" أُجيزُ لَهُ وَصِيَّتَهُ مَا دَامَ عَلَى دِينِهِ لَمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ عَنْ دِينِهِ "
Muhammad bin Al-Fadl told us, Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak told us, Muammar told me, on the authority of Ishaq bin Rashid, on the authority of Omar bin Abdul Aziz Regarding the prisoner making a will, he said: “His will is permitted as long as he adheres to his religion and has not changed his religion.”
