أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ : أَنَّ" وَلَدَ الزِّنَا لَا يَرِثُهُ الَّذِي يَدَّعِيهِ، وَلَا يَرِثُهُ الْمَوْلُودُ "
