حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ" لَا يُوَرِّثُ وَلَدَ الزِّنَا، وَإِنْ ادَّعَاهُ الرَّجُلُ "
Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Ruh narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Abi Hafsa, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Ali bin Hussein that “The child of illegitimate does not inherit anything, even if the man claims it.”
