حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَر : " الْمَمْلُوكِ يَكُونُ تَحْتَهُ الْحُرَّةُ،يُعْتَقُ الْوَلَدُ بِعِتْقِ أُمِّهِ، فَإِذَا عُتِقَ الْأَبُ، جَرَّ الْوَلَاءَ "
Ya’la told us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Ibrahim, he said: Omar said: “The slave woman will be under him. The child will be freed by freeing his mother. The father was freed, bringing loyalty.”
