أخبرنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا كَانَ الْوَرَثَةُ مَحَاوِيجَ، فَلَا أَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يُرَدَّ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ "، قَالَ يَحْيَى : فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلْأَوْزَاعِيِّ فَأَعْجَبَهُ
Marwan bin Muhammad told us, Yahya bin Hamza told us, Al-Nu’man bin Al-Mundhir told us, on the authority of Makhoul, he said: “If the heirs Muhawij, so I see no harm in returning to them one-third.” Yahya said: “I mentioned that to Al-Awza’i and he liked it.”
