Hadith #56031
أخبرنا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ .
ح وأَخْبَرَنَا مُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَا :" إِذَا شَهِدَ شَاهِدَانِ مِنْ الْوَرَثَةِ، جَازَ عَلَى جَمِيعِهِمْ، وَإِذَا شَهِدَ وَاحِدٌ، فَفِي نَصِيبِهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ "
Abu Al-Numan told us, Hushaym told us, Yunus told us, on the authority of Al-Hasan.
H and Mughirah told us, on the authority of Ibrahim, that they said: “If two witnesses from the heirs testify, it is permissible for all of them, and if one testifies, then in "His share for his share"
