حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتَوَائِيِّ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" يَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةُ الصَّبِيِّ في ماله في الثلث، فما دونه، وإنما يمنعه وليه ذلك في الصحة رهبة الفاقة عليه، فأما عند الموت، فليس له أن يمنعه "
Yazid told us, on the authority of Hisham al-Dastawai, on the authority of Hammad, on the authority of Ibrahim, who said: “It is permissible for a child to bequeath his wealth for a third, or less, but his guardian only prevents him from doing so out of fear of his poverty.
