Hadith #56233
Abu Nu`aym told us, Zuhair told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Farwah ibn Nawfal, on the authority of his father: That the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, He said: “Something has brought you.” He said: “You have come to teach me something that I should say when I sleep.” He said: “So when you go to bed, recite: Say, ‘O Oh her The disbelievers, then sleep at the end of it, for it is a release from polytheism.”
