حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ الْعَمِّيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ فَلْيُصَلِّهِمَا بَعْدَ مَا تَطْلُعُ الشَّمْسُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ فَعَلَهُ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ . قَالَ وَلاَ نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَ هَذَا إِلاَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ عَاصِمٍ الْكِلاَبِيَّ . وَالْمَعْرُوفُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصُّبْحَ " .
Uqba ibn Makram al-Ammi al-Basri narrated to us, Amr ibn Asim narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of al-Nadhar ibn Anas, on the authority of Bashir bin Nahik, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever does not pray the two rak’ahs of dawn should pray them after dawn.” “The Sun.” Abu Issa said, “This is a strange hadith. We do not know it except from this perspective. It was narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar that he did it.” This is acted upon according to some people of knowledge, and this is what Sufyan Al-Thawri, Ibn Al-Mubarak, Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq say. He said: And no We know of someone who narrated this hadith on the authority of Hammam with this chain of transmission like this, except Amr bin Asim Al-Kalabi. What is known from the hadith Qatada, on the authority of Al-Nadr ibn Anas, on the authority of Bashir ibn Nahik, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever performs a rak’ah of the morning prayer Before the sun rose, dawn had already arrived.”
