Hadith #26879
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" مَنْ أَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ نَاسِيًا فَلاَ يُفْطِرْ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ رِزْقٌ رَزَقَهُ اللَّهُ " .
Abu Sa`id al-Ashjaj told us, Abu Khaled al-Ahmar told us, on the authority of Hajjaj ibn Artat, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
“Whoever eats or drinks out of forgetfulness does not break his fast, for it is a provision that God has provided for him.”
