Hadith #27104
Nasr bin Abdul Rahman al-Kufi told us, Al-Muharbi told us, on the authority of Al-Hajjaj bin Artat, on the authority of Abdul-Malik bin Al-Mughirah, on the authority of Abd Al-Rahman bin Al-Bilamani, on the authority of Amr bin Aws, on the authority of Al-Harith bin Abdullah bin Aws, said: I heard the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying “Whoever performs Hajj to this House or performs Umrah, let it be his last pledge at the House.” Umar said to him, “I fell from your hands. I heard this from the Messenger of God.” And you did not tell us about it. He said, and in the chapter on the authority of Ibn Abbas. Abu Issa said, the hadith of Al-Harith bin Abdullah bin Aws. A strange hadith. Thus, more than one person narrated something like this on the authority of Al-Hajjaj Ibn Artat, and Al-Hajjaj was disputed regarding some of this chain of transmission.
