حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ نَفْسُ الْمُؤْمِنِ مُعَلَّقَةٌ بِدَيْنِهِ حَتَّى يُقْضَى عَنْهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Mahmoud bin Ghaylan told us, Abu Usama told us, on the authority of Zakaria bin Abi Zaida, on the authority of Saad bin Ibrahim, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Abu Kitten, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The believer’s soul is attached to his debt until it is paid for.”
