Hadith #27492
Qutaibah narrated to us, Abu Awanah narrated to us, on the authority of Abd al-Malik ibn Umair, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakra, he said: My father wrote to Ubayd Allah bin Abi Bakra, who was the judge, said: No, you decide between two people while you are angry. For I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say, “No.” “The ruler judges between two people while he is angry.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good and authentic hadith. And Abu Bakra’s name is Nufa’i.”
