Hadith #27596
وَرَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ إِدْرِيسَ، هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ، ضَرَبَ وَغَرَّبَ وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ ضَرَبَ وَغَرَّبَ . حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ . وَهَكَذَا رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ نَحْوَ هَذَا . وَهَكَذَا رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ضَرَبَ وَغَرَّبَ وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ ضَرَبَ وَغَرَّبَ . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا فِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَقَدْ صَحَّ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم النَّفْىُ رَوَاهُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ وَزَيْدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ وَعُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ وَغَيْرُهُمْ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْهُمْ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعَلِيٌّ وَأُبَىُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ وَأَبُو ذَرٍّ وَغَيْرُهُمْ وَكَذَلِكَ رُوِيَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ فُقَهَاءِ التَّابِعِينَ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَمَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ .
Some of them narrated this hadith, on the authority of Abdullah bin Idris, on the authority of Ubaid Allah, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, that Abu Bakr struck And he set, and that Omar set and set. Abu Sa`id al-Ashjaj told us about that. Abdullah bin Idris told us. And this is how this was narrated. Hadith from Other than the narration of Ibn Idris on the authority of Ubayd Allah ibn Umar similar to this. And thus it was narrated by Muhammad ibn Ishaq on the authority of Nafi’ on the authority of Ibn Umar that Abu Bakr struck and went into exile, and Omar struck out and went into exile. They did not mention it on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. It was authenticated on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. The statement of denial was narrated by Abu Hurairah, Zayd bin Khalid, Ubadah bin Al-Samit and others, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. This is acted upon according to the people of Knowledge from the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, including Abu Bakr, Omar, Ali, Ubayy bin Kaab, and Abdullah bin Masoud. Abu Dharr and others, and it was also narrated on the authority of more than one of the Tabi’een jurists, and this is the saying of Sufyan al-Thawri, Malik bin Anas, and Abd Allah bin Al-Mubarak, Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq.
