Hadith #27734
Ali bin Saeed Al-Kindi told us, Abd al-Rahim bin Sulayman told us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Thuwayr, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ali, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. That Khosrau was given gifts to him and he accepted from him, and that the kings presented gifts to him and he accepted from them. He said, and in the chapter on the authority of Jabir. This is a good and strange hadith. Thuwayr is the son of Abu Fakhta, and Abu Fakhta’s name is Sa’id bin Ulaqah, and Thuwayr is nicknamed Abu Jahm.
