Saeed bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Makhzoumi, Abu Bakr bin Nafi’ and more than one person narrated to us. They said: Sufyan bin Uyaynah narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, On the authority of Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, on the authority of Zainab bint Abi Salamah, on the authority of Habibah, on the authority of Umm Habibah, on the authority of Zainab bint Jahsh, she said, “Wake up.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, woke up from sleep, his face red as he said, “There is no god but God,” repeating it three times. “Woe to the Arabs for the evil that has approached.” “Today is opened from the land of Gog and Magog like this.” And ten days passed. Zainab said, “I said, ‘O Messenger of God, will we be destroyed?’” And among us are the righteous. He said, “Yes, if there is a lot of evil.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good and authentic hadith. Sufyan rated this hadith well.” Thus, Al-Humaydi, Ali ibn Al-Madini, and more than one of the huffaz narrated something similar on the authority of Sufyan ibn Uyaynah. Al-Humaydi said: Sufyan bin Uyaynah: I memorized this hadith from Al-Zuhri, four wives, Zainab bint Abi Salamah, on the authority of Habibah, and they are both stepdaughters of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. On the authority of Umm Habibah, on the authority of Zainab bint Jahsh, the wife of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Ma’mar and others narrated this hadith on the authority of Al-Zuhri and they did not mention in it the authority of Habibah. Some of Ibn Uyaynah’s companions narrated this hadith on the authority of Ibn Uyaynah but they did not mention in it the authority of Umm Habiba.
