Abu Hafs told us, Amr bin Ali told us, Yahya bin Muhammad bin Qais told us, on the authority of Al-Alaa bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The signs of the hypocrite are three: If he speaks, he lies, when he makes a promise, he breaks it, and when he is trusted, he betrays.” He said. Abu Jesus This is a good and strange hadith from the hadith of Al-Ala, and it was narrated in more than one way, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. And in the chapter on the authority of Ibn Masoud, Anas, and Jabir. Ali bin Hajar narrated to us, Ismail bin Jafar narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Suhail bin Malik, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said something similar in its meaning. Abu Issa said: This is an authentic hadith, and Abu Suhail is the uncle of Malik ibn Anas, and his name is Nafi bin Malik bin Abi Amer Al-Asbahi Al-Khawlani.
