Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29690

Mahmoud bin Ghaylan told us, Abu Ahmad told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Yazid bin Abi Ziyad, on the authority of Abdullah bin Al-Harith, on the authority of Al-Muttalib Ibn Abi Wada`ah said: Al-Abbas came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and it was as if he heard something, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, stood up. He said, “Who am I?” They said, “You are the Messenger of God, peace be upon you.” He said, “I am Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Abdul Muttalib.” God created the creation and placed me in the best of them, then He made them two groups, and He placed me in the best of them, then He made them two groups. tribes, so He placed me among the best of them into a tribe, then He made them into houses, so He placed me among the best of them into a house, and the best of them in lineage. Abu Issa said: This is a hasan hadith.
