Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28271
Hadith #28271
Qutaibah told us, Ibn Lahi’ah told us, on the authority of Amr bin Shuaib, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Either “If a man commits prostitution with a free woman or a female slave, then the child born of adultery shall neither inherit nor bequeath.” Abu Issa said, and more than Ibn Lahi’ah narrated this hadith. On the authority of Amr bin Shuaib. The work on this according to the people of knowledge is that the child of adultery does not inherit from his father.
