Hadith #29715
Muhammad bin Bashar told us, Safwan bin Issa told us, Muhammad bin Ajlan told us, on the authority of Al-Qaqa’, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, A man was praying with his two fingers, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “One, one.” Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith. Strange. The meaning of this hadith is that if a man points with two fingers in supplication when bearing witness, he will only point with one finger.
