Hadith #46521
On his authority, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “The first people to be judged on the Day of Resurrection will be a man who was martyred. He was brought to him, and he recognized his blessing, and he recognized it. He said: What did you do in it? He said: I fought for you until I was martyred. He said: You lied, but you fought so that it would be said: bold, and it was said. Then he was ordered to be dragged, and he was dragged on his face until he was thrown into the Fire. And a man who learned knowledge and taught it, and read the Qur’an, and he was brought to him, and he recognized his blessings So he knew it. He said: What did you do in it? He said: I learned knowledge and taught it and I recited the Qur’an in you. He said: I lied, but you learned so that it would be said: a scholar. And you read the Qur’an so that it would be said: he is a reciter. It was said: Then he was ordered to be dragged on his face until he was thrown into the fire, and a man, may God bless him, and gave him various kinds of wealth, so he was brought to him and he recognized his blessings, so he recognized them. He said: so what you did in it. He said: You have not left any path in which you would like others to spend money I spent on it for you. He said: You lied, but you did it so that it would be said: Jawad, as it was said. Then he was ordered to be dragged on his face and then thrown into the Fire.” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
