Hadith #46522
On the authority of Jundub bin Abdullah bin Sufyan, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever hears, God will hear of him, and whoever sees God will see me of him” ((Agreed upon)). ((It was also narrated by Muslim from the narration of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him)). “He heard” with emphasis on the meem, Its meaning is: He showed his deeds to people as hypocrisy, “God heard about him,” meaning he would expose him on the Day of Resurrection, and the meaning is: “ “Whoever sees it,” that is: he who shows people good deeds so that they may be glorified in their eyes, “God sees it,” meaning: he shows His secret to the heads of creation.
