Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #54114

Yahya bin Hassan told us, Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Abi Salamah told us, on the authority of his uncle Al-Majishun, on the authority of Al-Araj, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Abi Rafi’, on the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, who said: Whenever the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, opened Prayer, he said “Allahu Akbar” and then said: “I turn my face to the One who created the heavens and the earth, upright, and I am not of the polytheists. Indeed, my prayer, my rituals, and my life are And my death belongs to God, Lord of the worlds, he has no partner, and with that I was commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims. O God, you are the king, there is no god but. You are my Lord and I am your servant. I wronged myself and confessed my sin, so forgive me all my sins. No one forgives sins except You, and guide me. No one guides me to the best of morals except You, and turn away from me the bad of it, no one will turn away the bad of it except You. May God bless you and grant you peace All good is in your hands, and evil is not up to you. I am through you and to you, you are blessed and exalted. I seek your forgiveness and repent to you.”
