Hadith #55027
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ أَوْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ لَهَا، فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ، فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا ".
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّان ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، بِنَحْوِهِ
Yazid bin Harun told us, Sa`id told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Uqba bin Amir or Samurah bin Jundub, that The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Any woman whom a guardian marries to her and is a guardian of hers, it belongs to the first of them, and any man who sells an item of Two men, so he belongs to the first of them.” Affan told us, Hammad bin Salamah told us, Qatada told us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Samurah, on the authority of The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, similarly
