Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #55077

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Alqamah, on the authority of Abdullah, about a man who married A woman, and he did not impose anything on her, and he did not have intercourse with her, and he died on her behalf. He said about her: She has the dowry of her wives, and she is required to complete the waiting period, and she is entitled to the inheritance, He said Maqil Al-Ashja’i: “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, made a ruling regarding Barwa’ bint Washiq, a woman from Banu Rawas, in the same manner as you have made a ruling.” He said: He was happy about that. Muhammad and Sufyan said: We take this.
