أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَهْلٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ : تَرَكَ ابْنَ أَخٍ وَجَدًّا، قَالَ :" الْمَالُ لِابْنِ الْأَخِ "
Abu Nu’aym told us, Hassan told us, on the authority of Abu Sahl, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi in Ibn Al-Mul’ana: A nephew left behind a grandfather. He said: “The money is for the son of "Brother"
