عَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ: قَدِمَ اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -اَلْمَدِينَةَ, وَهُمْ يُسْلِفُونَ فِي اَلثِّمَارِ اَلسَّنَةَ وَالسَّنَتَيْنِ, فَقَالَ: { مَنْ أَسْلَفَ فِي تَمْرٍ فَلْيُسْلِفْ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ, وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ, إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 2239 )، ومسلم ( 1604 )، واللفظ لمسلم.
On the authority of Ibn Abbas - may God be pleased with them both - he said: The Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - came to Medina, and they were giving one and two years in advance in the fruits. He said: {Whoever pays in advance for dates, let him pay in advance in a specified measure and a specified weight, for a specified time} Agreed upon 1.1 - Sahih.
