حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي فَزَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ سَأَلَنِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا فِي إِدَاوَتِكَ " . فَقُلْتُ نَبِيذٌ . فَقَالَ " تَمْرَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ وَمَاءٌ طَهُورٌ " . قَالَ فَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَإِنَّمَا رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ أَبِي زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَأَبُو زَيْدٍ رَجُلٌ مَجْهُولٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ لاَ يُعْرَفُ لَهُ رِوَايَةٌ غَيْرُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . وَقَدْ رَأَى بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ الْوُضُوءَ بِالنَّبِيذِ مِنْهُمْ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ . وَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ لاَ يُتَوَضَّأُ بِالنَّبِيذِ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ . وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ إِنِ ابْتُلِيَ رَجُلٌ بِهَذَا فَتَوَضَّأَ بِالنَّبِيذِ وَتَيَمَّمَ أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَوْلُ مَنْ يَقُولُ لاَ يُتَوَضَّأُ بِالنَّبِيذِ أَقْرَبُ إِلَى الْكِتَابِ وَأَشْبَهُ لأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى قَالَ: "فإِن لَمْ تَجِدُوا مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُوا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا ".
Hanad narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Fazara, on the authority of Abu Zaid, on the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said, “The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, asked me, ‘What is in “I will treat you.” I said, “Vinegar.” He said, “Good dates and pure water.” He said, “He performed ablution with it.” Abu Issa said, “It is only This hadith was narrated on the authority of Abu Zayd, on the authority of Abdullah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Abu Zayd is an unknown man among the people of hadith, and his name is not known. A narration other than this hadith. Some people of knowledge have considered ablution with wine, including Sufyan al-Thawri and others. Some said: The people of knowledge do not perform ablution with wine, and this is the opinion of Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. Ishaq said, “If a man is tested with this, he performs ablution.” with wine and tayammum is more beloved to me. Abu Issa said, and the saying of those who say that one should not perform ablution with wine is closer to the Book and more similar because God God Almighty said: “And if you do not find water, then perform tayammum on clean ground.”
