حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، حَتَّى ذَكَرَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ يَحِلُّ سَلَفٌ وَبَيْعٌ وَلاَ شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَلاَ رِبْحُ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ وَلاَ بَيْعُ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ . رَوَى أَيُّوبُ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ وَأَبُو بِشْرٍ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَرَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَوْفٌ وَهِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُرْسَلٌ إِنَّمَا رَوَاهُ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ .
Ahmad bin Mani’ told us, Ismail bin Ibrahim told us, Ayoub told us, Amr bin Shuaib told us, he said my father told me, on the authority of his father, Until Abdullah bin Amr mentioned that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “It is not permissible to advance, sell, or condition in a sale or gain anything.” “Do not guarantee, nor sell what you do not have.” Abu Issa said, “And this is a good and authentic hadith.” Abu Issa said, “Hakim bin Hazzam’s hadith is a hadith.” Hassan has been narrated from him through more than one source. Ayoub al-Sakhtiyani and Abu Bishr narrated on the authority of Yusuf ibn Mahak on the authority of Hakim ibn Hazzam. He said: Abu Issa This hadith was narrated by Awf and Hisham bin Hassan, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Hakim bin Hazzam, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. This is a mursal hadith. It was only narrated by Ibn Sirin on the authority of Ayyub al-Sakhtiyani, on the authority of Yusuf ibn Mahik, on the authority of Hakim ibn Hazzam.
