Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #27683

And Abu Safwan He is a Meccan, and his name is Abdullah bin Saeed bin Abdul Malik bin Marwan, and Al-Humaidi and more than one person from the people of Islam narrated on his authority. Hadith: A group of people of knowledge among the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others said: There is no vow to disobey God, and His expiation is an expiation. Right. This is the view of Ahmad and Ishaq, and they used as evidence the hadith of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Aisha. Some of the scholars said: The Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others, there is no vow of sin or expiation for that. This is the saying of Malik and Al-Shafi’i.
