حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الرَّجُلَ يَعْتَادُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَاشْهَدُوا لَهُ بِالإِيمَانِ ‏.‏ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى ‏:‏ ‏(‏ إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ ‏)‏ ‏.‏ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ يَتَعَاهَدُ الْمَسْجِدَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ ‏.‏ وَأَبُو الْهَيْثَمِ اسْمُهُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْعُتْوَارِيُّ وَكَانَ يَتِيمًا فِي حَجْرِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ‏.‏
Abu Kurayb told us, Rishdin bin Saad told us, on the authority of Amr bin Al-Harith, on the authority of Darraj, on the authority of Abu Al-Haytham, on the authority of Abu Sa’id, he said, he said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, “If you see a man frequenting the mosque, bear witness to his faith. God Almighty said: (He only The mosques of God are those who believe in God and the Last Day.” “Ibn Abi Umar narrated to us, Abdullah bin Wahb narrated to us, on the authority of Amr bin Al-Harith, on the authority of Darraj, on the authority of Abu al-Haytham, on the authority of Abu Sa`id, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and something similar except that he said, “He should keep the mosque.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good and strange hadith.” Abu al-Haytham’s name is Suleiman bin Amr bin Abd al-Awari, and he was an orphan in my father’s care.
