أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ أَوْ أَهْلِهِ، فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ "
Abu Nu`aym told us, Al-Hasan bin Saleh told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel, he said: I heard Jabir, saying: The Messenger of God said God, may God bless him and grant him peace: “Any slave who marries without the permission of his master or his family is a prostitute.”
