أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ : أَنَّ عَمَّهَا أَخَا أَبِي الْقُعَيْسِ جَاءَ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْهَا بَعْدَمَا ضُرِبَ الْحِجَابُ، فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَأْذَنَ لَهُ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْتَأْذِنَهُ، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَتْ : جَاءَ عَمِّي أَخُو أَبِي الْقُعَيْسِ فَرَدَدْتُهُ حَتَّى أَسْتَأْذِنَكَ، قَالَ :" أَوَ لَيْسَ بِعَمِّكِ؟ "، قَالَتْ : إِنَّمَا أَرْضَعَتْنِيَ الْمَرْأَةُ وَلَمْ يُرْضِعْنِي الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ فَلْيَلِجْ عَلَيْكِ "، قَالَ : وَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ تَقُولُ : يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الْوِلَادَةِ
Ja`far ibn Aoun informed us, Hisham ibn Urwa informed us, on the authority of his father, he said: Aisha informed me: Her uncle is my father’s brother. Al-Qu'ais came to ask her permission after the veil had been removed, but she refused to give him permission until the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came. So he asked his permission, When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came, she mentioned that to him, and said: My uncle, the brother of Abu al-Quqais, came, and I sent him back until he asked your permission. He said: “Or Not your uncle? She said: The woman breastfed me and the man did not, so he said: He is your uncle, so let him comfort you. He said: Aisha used to say: What is forbidden from breastfeeding is what is forbidden from childbirth.
