حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى، مَرْدَوَيْهِ قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يَبُولَ الرَّجُلُ فِي مُسْتَحَمِّهِ . وَقَالَ
" إِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ مَرْفُوعًا إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَيُقَالُ لَهُ أَشْعَثُ الأَعْمَى . وَقَدْ كَرِهَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ الْبَوْلَ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ وَقَالُوا عَامَّةُ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ . وَرَخَّصَ فِيهِ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْهُمُ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ وَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ يُقَالُ إِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ . وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ قَدْ وُسِّعَ فِي الْبَوْلِ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ إِذَا جَرَى فِيهِ الْمَاءُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الآمُلِيُّ عَنْ حِبَّانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ .
Ali bin Hajar and Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Musa, Mardawayh, told us, saying: Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak told us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of Ash’ath Bin Abdullah, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Abdullah Bin Mughaffal, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade a man to urinate in his bathing room. And he said: “Indeed, most of it is obsessiveness.” He said, and in the chapter on the authority of a man from the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Abu Issa said, “This is a strange hadith, no We know of it being traced back to the Prophet except from the hadith of Ash’ath bin Abdullah, and he is called Ash’ath Al-A’ma. Some of the people of knowledge disliked urinating in urine. Ablution, and they said that the general meaning of it is obsessiveness. Some of the people of knowledge permitted it, including Ibn Sirin, and it was said that it is said that the general Obsessiveness from him, so our Lord God said, He has no partner. And Ibn al-Mubarak said, it was expanded upon to urinate in the bath when water runs through it. Abu Issa said: Ahmad ibn Abdah al-Amli told us about that, on the authority of Hibban, on the authority of Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak.
