Should I perform Hajj on her behalf?” He said, “Yes, perform Hajj on her behalf.” He said. This Abu Issa It is a hasan and authentic hadith, and this is not known from the hadith of Buraydah except from this perspective. Abdullah bin Ata is trustworthy among the people of the hadith. What most people of knowledge do on this is that if a man gives charity and then inherits it, it is permissible for him. Some of them said: Charity is something that he gave to God, so if he inherits it, he must spend it in a similar way. Sufyan al-Thawri and Zuhair bin Muawiyah narrated this.
