حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِنًى آمَنَ مَا كَانَ النَّاسُ وَأَكْثَرَهُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَأَنَسٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَرُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَمَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَمَعَ عُمَرَ وَمَعَ عُثْمَانَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ صَدْرًا مِنْ إِمَارَتِهِ . وَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي تَقْصِيرِ الصَّلاَةِ بِمِنًى لأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ لَيْسَ لأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ أَنْ يَقْصُرُوا الصَّلاَةَ بِمِنًى إِلاَّ مَنْ كَانَ بِمِنًى مُسَافِرًا . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ وَسُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَيَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانِ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ . وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ لاَ بَأْسَ لأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ أَنْ يَقْصُرُوا الصَّلاَةَ بِمِنًى . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ وَمَالِكٍ وَسُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ .
Qutaibah narrated to us, Abu Al-Ahwas narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Harithah bin Wahb, who said, “I prayed with the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in Mina. He was safe as long as the people were.” The most of it is two rak’ahs. He said, and on the authority of Ibn Masoud, Ibn Umar and Anas. Abu Issa said the hadith of Harithah ibn Wahb A good and authentic hadith. It was narrated on the authority of Ibn Masoud that he said, “I prayed two rak’ahs with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Mina, and with Abu Bakr, and with Omar, and with Uthman.” Two rak'ahs issued from his emirate. The people of knowledge differed regarding shortening the prayer in Mina for the people of Mecca. Some of the people of Knowledge: The people of Mecca are not permitted to shorten the prayer in Mina, except for those who are traveling in Mina. This is the opinion of Ibn Jurayj and Sufyan al-Thawri. Yahya bin Saeed Al-Qattan, Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. Some of them said that there is no harm for the people of Mecca to shorten the prayer in Mina. And he is The saying of Al-Awza’i, Malik, Sufyan bin Uyaynah, and Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi.
