Hadith #27646
Qutaibah narrated to us, Hammad bin Zaid narrated to us, on the authority of Amr bin Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Omar, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered the killing of dogs except A hunting dog or a livestock dog. He was told that Abu Hurairah used to say, or a herding dog. He said that Abu Hurairah had livestock. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
