Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29434

Ibn Abi Umar narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Malik bin Mughul, on the authority of Talha bin Musarrif, on the authority of Murrah, on the authority of Abdullah, he said when he reported The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “To it has ended what ascends from the earth and what descends from above.” He said, “So God gave it to him.” Then there were three things to which no prophet had been given before him. The five prayers were made obligatory upon him, and the endings of Surat Al-Baqarah were given to him, and his nation’s transgressions were forgiven. As long as they do not associate anything with Allah.” Ibn Masoud said: (When the sidra is covered with what it covers.) He said, “The sidra is in the sky.” Sixth: Sufyan said: A bed of gold, and Sufyan pointed with his hand and he shook it and said, “Other than Malik bin Mughul, the knowledge of creation ends.” They have no knowledge of anything beyond that. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
