حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، رضى الله عنه عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" مَا جَلَسَ قَوْمٌ مَجْلِسًا لَمْ يَذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ فِيهِ وَلَمْ يُصَلُّوا عَلَى نَبِيِّهِمْ إِلاَّ كَانَ عَلَيْهِمْ تِرَةً فَإِنْ شَاءَ عَذَّبَهُمْ وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ تِرَةً يَعْنِي حَسْرَةً وَنَدَامَةً . وَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْمَعْرِفَةِ بِالْعَرَبِيَّةِ: التِّرَةُ هُوَ الثَّأْرُ.
Muhammad bin Bashar told us, Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Salih, the guardian of the twins, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him. On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “A people has never sat in a gathering in which they did not mention God and did not pray for their Prophet except that it was It is upon them for a period of time, and if He wishes, He will punish them, and if He wishes, He will forgive them.” Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith. On the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the meaning of his saying “terrah” means regret and remorse. Some people of knowledge in Arabic said: Tarra is revenge.
