Qutaybah, Hanad, Abu Kurayb, Ahmad bin Mani’, Mahmoud bin Ghaylan, and Abu Ammar Al-Hussein bin Harith narrated to us. Waki', on the authority of Al-A'mash, on the authority of Habib ibn Abi Thabit, on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, kissed some of his wives and then went out to Prayer, but he did not perform ablution. He said, “Who is she but you?” He said, “She laughed.” Abu Issa said, “This has been narrated on the authority of more than one person.” From the people of knowledge among the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his followers. This is the saying of Sufyan al-Thawri and the people of Kufa said, “Not in the qiblah.” Ablution. Malik bin Anas, Al-Awza’i, Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq said that there is ablution in the qiblah. This is the opinion of more than one of the People of knowledge among the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the Followers. Our companions only left out the hadith of Aisha on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in this regard. Because it is not authentic according to them due to the state of the chain of transmission. He said: I heard Abu Bakr al-Attar al-Basri mentioning on the authority of Ali ibn al-Madini, who said it is weak. Yahya bin Saeed Al-Qattan said this hadith is very good. He said it is almost nothing. He said, “And I heard Muhammad bin Ismail weaken this.” Hadith Habib bin Abi Thabit said: He did not hear from Urwa. It was narrated on the authority of Ibrahim al-Taymi on the authority of Aisha that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, kissed her but did not He performs ablution. This is also not authentic. We do not know of Ibrahim al-Taimi hearing from Aisha. It is not authentic on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless him and grant him peace, there is something in this regard
