Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #26637

Ali bin Issa bin Yazid Al-Baghdadi narrated to us, Abdullah bin Bakr Al-Sahmi narrated to us, and Abdullah bin Munir narrated to us, on the authority of Abd Allah bin Bakr, on the authority of Faid bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Awfa, said the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Who was If he has a need for God or for one of the sons of Adam, let him perform ablution and do it well, then pray two rak’ahs, then praise God and pray. On the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, then to say: There is no god but God, the Forbearing, the Most Generous. Glory be to God, Lord of the Magnificent Throne. Praise be to God. Lord of the worlds, I ask you for the reasons for your mercy and the confirmation of your forgiveness and the spoils of all righteousness and safety from all sin. Leave no sin for me except You have forgiven him, and there is no worry except that you relieve him, and there is no need for which you are satisfied unless you fulfill it, O Most Merciful of the Merciful.” Abu Issa said this hadith. Hasan Gharib, and there is an article in its chain of transmission. Fa’id ibn Abd al-Rahman is weak in the hadith, and Fa’id is Abu al-Warqa’.
