حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم النَّجْمَ فَلَمْ يَسْجُدْ فِيهَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَتَأَوَّلَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ فَقَالَ إِنَّمَا تَرَكَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم السُّجُودَ لأَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ حِينَ قَرَأَ فَلَمْ يَسْجُدْ لَمْ يَسْجُدِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَقَالُوا السَّجْدَةُ وَاجِبَةٌ عَلَى مَنْ سَمِعَهَا فَلَمْ يُرَخِّصُوا فِي تَرْكِهَا . وَقَالُوا إِنْ سَمِعَ الرَّجُلُ وَهُوَ عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ فَإِذَا تَوَضَّأَ سَجَدَ . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَأَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ إِسْحَاقُ . وَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِنَّمَا السَّجْدَةُ عَلَى مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْجُدَ فِيهَا وَالْتَمَسَ فَضْلَهَا وَرَخَّصُوا فِي تَرْكِهَا إِنْ أَرَادَ ذَلِكَ . وَاحْتَجُّوا بِالْحَدِيثِ الْمَرْفُوعِ حَدِيثِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ حَيْثُ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم النَّجْمَ فَلَمْ يَسْجُدْ فِيهَا . فَقَالُوا لَوْ كَانَتِ السَّجْدَةُ وَاجِبَةً لَمْ يَتْرُكِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم زَيْدًا حَتَّى كَانَ يَسْجُدُ وَيَسْجُدُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَاحْتَجُّوا بِحَدِيثِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَرَأَ سَجْدَةً عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَنَزَلَ فَسَجَدَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَهَا فِي الْجُمُعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ فَتَهَيَّأَ النَّاسُ لِلسُّجُودِ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا لَمْ تُكْتَبْ عَلَيْنَا إِلاَّ أَنْ نَشَاءَ . فَلَمْ يَسْجُدْ وَلَمْ يَسْجُدُوا . فَذَهَبَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِلَى هَذَا . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ .
Yahya bin Musa told us, Waki’ told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Dhib, on the authority of Yazid bin Abdullah bin Qusayt, on the authority of Ata’ bin Yasar, on the authority of Zayd bin Thabit said: I recited the star to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, but he did not prostrate in it. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Zayd bin Thabit is a good hadith. Sahih. Some scholars interpreted this hadith and said that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, only abandoned prostration because when Zayd ibn Thabit recited, he did not prostrate. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not prostrate. They said that prostration is obligatory for whoever hears it, so they did not give permission to abandon it. And they said If a man hears it while he has not performed ablution, then when he performs ablution he prostrates. This is the saying of Sufyan al-Thawri and the people of Kufa, and Ishaq also said of it. Some of the people of knowledge said that prostration is only for the one who wants to prostrate in it and seeks its virtues, and they gave permission to abandon it if he wanted to. . They used as evidence the marfoo’ hadith, the hadith of Zayd ibn Thabit, where he said, “The star was recited to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, but he did not prostrate in it.” So they said, “If it had been Prostration is obligatory. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not leave Zaid until he was prostrating and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, prostrated. They used as evidence the hadith of Omar that he recited a prostration on the pulpit, then he went down and prostrated, then he recited it on the second Friday, so the people prepared to prostrate, so he said It is not prescribed for us unless we please. So he did not prostrate, and they did not prostrate. Some people of knowledge went to this, and it is The saying of Al-Shafi’i and Ahmad...
