Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #27725

They said, “Rendering sacrifice and being killed from among us.” He said, and in the chapter on the authority of Ibn Masoud, Anas, and Abu Barza and Jubayr bin Mutim. Abu Issa said: This is a good and strange hadith from the hadith of Al-Thawri. We do not know it except from the hadith of Ibn Abi Zaida. Abu Usama narrated on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Ubaidah, on the authority of Ali, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. And Ibn Aoun narrated on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Ubaidah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, as a mursal. And Abu Dawud Al-Hafari’s name is Omar bin Saad.
