Hadith #29099
Abu Zur’ah, Al-Fadl bin Abi Talib, and more than one person narrated to us. They said: Al-Hasan bin Bishr narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Hakam bin Abdul-Malik, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Imran bin Husayn, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, recited: (And you see people drunk, but they are not drunk.) Abu Issa said this. It is a good hadith, and this is how Al-Hakam bin Abdul-Malik narrated on the authority of Qatada. We do not know of Qatada hearing from any of the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, except From Anas and Abu Tufayl. This is a brief hadith I have, but it was narrated on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Imran bin Husayn, who said We were with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, on a journey, and he recited: (O people, fear your Lord.) The hadith in its length, and the hadith of Al-Hakam bin Abdul-Malik I have. A summary of this hadith
Narrated by
Imran bin Husain (RA)
