Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29391

Salama bin Shabib and Abd bin Humayd narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qilabah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Tonight my Lord, Blessed and Most High, came to me in the best form. He said, ‘I think so.’ He said in a dream, and he said.” O Muhammad, do you know what the highest council is arguing about? He said, “No.” He said, “And he put his hand between my shoulders until I found her coolness between my breasts.” Or he said. In my throat, I know what is in the heavens and what is in the earth. He said, “O Muhammad, do you know what the highest councils are disputing about?” I said, “Yes.” He said in Expiations. The expiations are staying in the mosques after prayers, walking to congregational prayers, and performing ablution thoroughly in difficult times. And whoever does that, he will live well and die well, and his sin will be as great as the day his mother gave birth to him. And he said: O Muhammad, when you pray, say Oh God, I ask you to do good deeds, abandon evil deeds, and love the poor, and if you intend to tempt your servants, take me to you without being tempted. He said, “The degrees are spreading greetings, offering food, and praying at night while the people are asleep.”
