Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #26516

Abu Issa said the hadith of Anas is not authentic because this hadith was narrated on the authority of Al-Hasan on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Mursal Abu Issa and Muhammad ibn al-Qasim said: Ahmad ibn Hanbal spoke about it and deemed it weak, but he is not a hadith narrator. Some of the people of Knowledge is that a man leads a people in prayer even though they hate him. So if the imam is not unjust, then the sin is only upon the one who hates him. And Ahmad said. As for Ishaq, in this regard, if one, two, or three people dislike it, there is no harm in him leading them in prayer, even if most of the people dislike him.
