Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #27099

Abu Issa said: The hadith of Ibn Abbas is a hasan and authentic hadith. This is acted upon according to some people of knowledge. They see The stipulation for Hajj, and they say that if he stipulates it and he suffers an illness or an excuse, then he has the right to permissible it and leave his ihram. This is the opinion of Al-Shafi’i. And Ahmad and Ishaq. Some of the people of knowledge did not consider Hajj to be a stipulation, and they said that if he stipulated, then he does not have the right to leave his ihram. They see him as someone who did not stipulate.
